Mick Wainwright is an Exercise Specialist at In Motion Fitness. Very pleasant way to spend Saturday morning with the family. So nice to explore the river from a different angle. We will definitely be doing more trips down the river.
What an amazing way to spend a Saturday morning! Mick had everything very organised and ensured everyone was at ease as they cruised down the Bidgee. This was such a relaxing experience that I would definitely recommend. The perfect opportunity to enjoy a peaceful paddle, taking in the beautiful scenery and chatting with mates. Will definitely be back for more!
Went for a ‘lazy Sunday’ Kayak on the Bidgee with a friend. The best way to end the week! Mick & family were very friendly & welcoming! It was such an enjoyable, (not to mention RELAXING! morning on the water!) I can’t wait to do it again & take along a few friends/fam.. If you have been thinking about it.. just do it! You wont regret it! Thanks Mick for a wonderful morning!
I highly recommend the kayak tour! Peaceful & tranquil setting on the river is very relaxing. Incredible value for money, very professional service & so well organised. I’ll be a repeat customer!

We had a fantastic experience when hiring kayaks from In Motion Fitness. Mick had great communication in organising the best kayaking experience for us prior to our trip up from Melbourne (dependent on our experience level) and even dropped off and picked up the kayaks from different places for us. Could not recommend more!

I have been to several gyms in Wagga .I feel like I found what I was looking for. The classes at IMF are pretty intense,the change is evident as my body is responding fast ,and I feel mentally alert .Members and trainers are also super friendly.
Absolutely loved my first pt group session, it didn’t even feel like a workout I had that much fun.
Mick has a friendly style to keep you motivated at any level to help you develop your skills and fitness. He caters for all levels and adapts to any restrictions you have. Couldn’t rate highly enough.

When I began about 3 months ago my exercise routine was almost non existent apart from a weekly yoga session.
I have been doing boxing now for 3 months & absolutely love it!
Mick & Erin are amazing trainers & the atmosphere is awesome aswell.
I felt a little nervous turning up to the first week but it very quickly became such a comfortable & supportive environment.
I’m now doing weekly bootcamp on top of my weekly boxing & I’m seriously noticing so many improvements in my fitness levels & can’t thank the guys at IMF enough!

I found in motion fitness when i first started on my weightloss journey. All the trainers are super helpful and supportive with my limited fitness and still kick my butt every session. Never leave regretting coming. Couldn’t recommend anyone better. These are the people you see when you want to turn your dreams into results.
When I started personal training with Mick I had been out of action for three years with a back injury, had limited mobility and had gained a significant amount of weight. In those three years, I had tried all kinds of diets, classes and trainers to try to get back on my feet and lose the weight I’d gained and nothing had worked. This meant that I had low expectations and limited confidence that this time round would be any different.
Four months later I feel like I have achieved the impossible! I have lost over 20kg, trained with a 30kg weight vest, and completed my first ever 10km run event! My back is strong and I can do things that I thought I would never be able to do again – all because Mick was able to work with my limitations and design programs that developed strength where I needed it!
Two months ago I also started attending the group fitness classes and was overwhelmed with the welcoming family-like group who were encouraging and supportive of me just ‘giving it a go’. Now I am sad if I ever have to miss a class for any reason.
In Motion Fitness has changed my life for the better and my only regret is that I didn’t contact them sooner!
I started cardio boxing classes with In Motion Fitness back in October, as normal I was nervous and a little scared being my first fitness class. It took about 5 minutes after arriving for all my worry to disappear! Mick was so Inviting and encouraging!. 4 months later I now try to attend atleast 2-3 classes a week depending on my work schedule, if I could I would go to every class Mick offers which in fact is quite alot! Did I mention classes are only $10 bargin for the quality of what you receive in return. Not only is Mick a great trainer but the people who also go to classes are all lovely. 4 months later with regular exercise 2-3 classes a week with mick and a healthy diet I have said goodbye to 16.5kgs and counting for good! I dont think I could have done it or had the motivation if not for Mick and the awesome feeling after that workout on that first day of boxing class. I now love Fitness!!
I never thought I could achieve my goals until I joined In Motion Fitness! But I have.
This time last year i was 10+ kilos heavier and without these class, PT sessions and great support i have received from Mick and the crew, i wouldn’t be were im at now.
The group classes are amazing, fun, challenging and have great people.

I’ve been going to the classes at In Motion Fitness for about 7mths now and I couldn’t be any more happier with the results that I’m seeing… It’s definitely the fittest and healthiest I’ve felt in a very long time…. Thanks sooo much to Mick!
I highly recommend his classes or his private PT sessions to anyone to have a crack at, you will honesty have a lot of fun but also give yourself a challenge at the same time… They are very reasonably priced too!!! It’s safe to say I’m ADDICTED!!
I started with In Motion Fitness a few months ago now and can honestly say this is the fittest and healthiest I have felt in a long time!
Mick is constantly changing up the classes so they are challenging yet I can still have fun while working out with a great group of people!!
And with a combination of 3 – 4 classes per week along with changing my eating habits I have managed to hit just under my goal weight and an overall total of 24cm gone
I started going to Mick’s classes in winter 2014 and after just 7 months of training twice a week I lost 6 kg’s and dramatically improved my fitness. After 2 months off at the start of this year due to a knee injury, I’m thrilled to be back at class. Mick has been very accommodating post injury and is always suggesting alternative exercises suitable for my current level of fitness. My favourite class is cardio boxing and I’d highly recommend this class or any of Mick’s other classes. They all go for the full hour and are in a great location that keeps the weather in mind. I’ve also attended a personal training session with Mick as part of the Spring Into Action challenge last spring and boy was it a work out! If you’re looking for fun classes with a friendly trainer and a serious workout then look no further than Mick. At only $10.00 per class it’s absolute value for money and you’ll never regret it.
Michelle and I have been doing PT sessions with Mick now for a year and a half, in that time our level of fitness has increased in leaps and bounds.
Michelle started out wanting to loose baby weight, but has since achieved a lot more with Micks help including 5k runs,
10 mins planks, 240 squat jumps all this by someone that has never exercised in her life. Also he never has a problem when I need to bring my kids along.
When I first thought of getting fit, personal training was not something I would’ve considered, but after a few sessions with Mick I was hooked!!
After having a bad break of my ankle in 2008 I thought my running days were over, but together with Mick we have worked on getting me running again and we are now in full training mode towards the Sydney Half Marathon in May.
His knowledge of Health and Fitness is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone…
A huge thanks to Mick for getting me back on track to my fitness, health and lifestyle goals. I started with him a couple of months ago after failed results at the gym and boy did I quickly realise just how unfit I was! but unlike other trainers he encouraged every step of the way with every “I can’t do it” there was a “you CAN do it” and BAM I was doing it. Unfortunately I am moving interstate but if I ever return to wagga Mick will be back on my agenda! I loved the fitness classes in between pt sessions and loved that it was always different and a continual challenge! It is sad to say goodbye!! Thanks Mick I appreciate everything!
After having my second child, I had all that lovely baby weight that I needed to loose. I started coming to the classes and I’m on the right track to being fit and healthy. I have made some great friends who keep you motivated and Mick puts up with me sooking really well!

I thought I was pretty fit being able to run around the lake till I started doing classes with Mick from In Motion Fitness. Mick’s classes are for any fitness level and ability. I could barely do 15 sit ups and was the same with push ups (women’s ones). Since starting with Mick, I have run my first half marathon and have four lined up for this year, I can do at least 50 full sit ups in a row and have managed over 100 push-ups (men’s ones) during a session. I was not the motivated type of person, but with Mick’s wisdom and encouragement (not yelling or screaming at you), I’m now loving my running and keeping fit. I highly recommend In Motion Fitness to reach your fitness goals while having a ton of fun doing it. Thanks Mick for all your help, advice and giving me that push when I need it.
In Motion Fitness classes are for everyone…. I started probably six weeks ago and was wrapped to see the classes cater for ALL fitness levels…. Everyone is focused and friendly, the classes are well varied each week and Mick’s expectations are not unrealistic…only that you have go and push yourself while he and other participants are fully supporting you!!! Come!! You will not regret it!!
Thanks to you Mick and a lovely bunch of ladies I have a whole new outlook on life and enjoying being active and seeing results!!
The group classes have inspired me due to it being a relaxed non-threatening environment that allows you to go at your own pace, yet still see results!!
Let’s just say this time 6 months ago there would be no way I’d be doing a colour run or even consider mud, sweat & beers… Now I say BRING IT ON!!

When I started with Mick, exercise was a dirty word as far as I was concerned, how times have changed! I look forward to class, and love the feeling I get, knowing I am making a difference to my health. I go to 3 or 4 classes a week, and have done for about 2 months! Mick is amazing, he will push you, but only as far as he knows your body can go. I would highly recommend grabbing a mate and giving it a go…you won’t regret it! Best decision I’ve made in a long time!!
In Motion Fitness has given me the courage to get out and work for my goals! I am feeling healthier in mind, body and soul than I have in a long time. I am pushing my limits, finding my strengths, working on my weaknesses and having such a great time doing it! Mick has made me feel very comfortable to try things I would ordinarily shy from and encouraging me to work harder every time. Mick understands the importance of my goal and is helping me inch closer and closer each session. In Motion Fitness’s costs are very reasonable and the overall service is exceptional. I can only say good things about IMF and encourage you all to get in and have a go, too!

If it had not have been for Mick at in motion fitness I would not have had the courage or fitness to have taken on new tasks and challenges. recently have taken on mud, sweat and beers and 10 weeks ago I wouldn’t have made it to the finish line! I highly recommend In Motion Fitness. I started doing the group sessions as a way of losing my baby weight. I have found these sessions to be an awesome workout aimed at all fitness levels. They are as hard as you are willing to work but lots of fun. The sessions are always changing and never boring Unlike going to the gym. Mick is invaluable, full of encouraging words and gets in amongst it with you. He is very knowledgeable and has given myself and others great nutritional advice and ensures that you do the exercises correctly without injury. As a result I have lost my baby weight, most importantly I reached my goal of fitting into my gold cup dress! I will keep going to the group sessions to reach my next fitness and weight goals because I have seen the results all whilst doing it in a supportive environment.
I would recommend In Motion fitness to anyone, I heard about Mick through Facebook and decided to give it a go! I was very nervous and worried about being the unfitest person or not being able to keep up but by the end of the session I was …so happy that he caters for all stages of fitness and excited to go back. I have now been to In Motion Fitness for about 5 months and have lost my baby weight and I don’t think I have been this fit in a LONG time. The sessions are fun and Mick is always there beside you for support and advice! If you just give it a go once you will not regret it and I guarantee you will go back
The reason I started with in motion fitness for the many benefits of outdoor fitness. The hidden benefit of increased vitamin d. Since doing outdoor fitness my vitamin d levels have returned to normal. I have continued with in motion fitness because they have helped me achieve many of my weight loss and fitness goals. I am able to many things that I couldn’t have done 6 months ago. During the sessions you are supported by some lovely people and the trainer will push you as hard as you want them too. I have lost 20 kilos since attending in motion fitness in January due to a balanced diet and exercise ( no fad diets) even though I have another 20kgs to go I know I will be supported through in motion fitness
