Our space is different, there are no machines & there are no cables. There’s no couches, no TV’s and there’s no mirrors. Your attention, and ours, is on you. We offer a variety of small group sessions led by highly experienced coaches to ensure your safety and success.

Joining In Motion Fitness is a journey. It’s not always easy, but it’s a lot of fun! It is for everyone, irrespective of your current fitness level or ability. All you need to do is decide it’s time for you to make a change for the better.

The functional training philosophy is pretty simple! We train the body the way it’s designed to move – as a fluid whole, unit. Humans are built to adapt but unfortunately that means we can also learn bad habits. Our training system addresses your movement patterns and encourages a return to what is natural.

When this is accomplished your body will produce some amazing effects. It will move more freely, with no pain and it’s composition will fall into alignment with your natural self. What this all means is that our system will get you enjoying training and will get you in great shape physically and mentally.
